Also, make sure to stay tuned to the very end of the video, where I'm gonna give you a free Charlotte real estate PDF that you'll be able to download at the end of this video. By the end of this video, you'll have my top four areas where you could potentially live in the northern part of Charlotte, which are all associated with the beautiful Lake Norman.

Number one on the list, and the one most north of the Charlotte area, is Mooresville. And Moorseville is called Race City because all of the race car teams and drivers that live there. It is one of the most beautiful areas in all of the Charlotte metropolitan area. As actually not of the Mecklenburg County but in Iredell County, so it's just a little bit further away from the center of Charlotte. It's gonna take you about 40 minutes or so. It is home to some of the most spectacular and beautiful properties in all of the Charlotte area, many of them right on beautiful Lake Norman.

The next one of my top areas to live in the north part of Charlotte is Davidson. Now Davidson has as its main focal point, Davidson College, which is one of the best universities in the United States. It is the focal point to Davidson. Davidson has a beautiful downtown area, cafes, shops. It's young, it's hip, but it also has some spectacular neighborhoods, spectacular homes, and is also right on the shores of Lake Norman. Now, some of the famous people that came out of Davidson College, one, right now playing in the NBA, is Stephen Curry. We all know him. And one of our presidents, Woodrow Wilson.

So I have a quick question for you guys. Which would you prefer? Would you prefer to live on the lake, on beautiful Lake Norman? On a golf course? Or do you prefer neither and prefer just like a subdivision, or an area where you're away from everybody else? Just comment below and let me know what your preference for living is.

Number three on my list, moving from north to south, is Cornelius. Cornelius is spectacular, gorgeous. It is right on Lake Norman, lots of homes right on the lake and on a golf course. One of my favorite neighborhoods is called the Peninsula. One of my favorite streets is called Jetton Road. J-e-t-t-o-n Road. And I have videos on those, which I'm gonna link to below, and you can check out how beautiful those areas are. Now, there's also great shopping, and it's really one of the nicest, nicest places in all of Charlotte to live. There are mansions. There are affordable homes. There's everything in there.

Number four on my list of best places to live in the northern part of Charlotte, which are all associated with Lake Norman, is Huntersville. Now, Huntersville is probably the most affordable of all those areas that I talked about. It's also closest to the uptown Charlotte area, close to the airport. And it's another beautiful, beautiful area to live. In Huntersville, you've got a place where most people do a lot of their shopping and eating, it's called Birkdale Village. It's got restaurants, it's got movie theaters, it's got apartments. It's like the hub of Huntersville. And also in Huntersville, is Discovery Place Kids, which is a great place, obviously, to take the kids. So, Huntersville is number four on my list.

Now, you have my list of my favorite top four spots to live in the northern part of Charlotte. If you're thinking of moving to Charlotte or if you have any questions, call me.
