Eli Magids: Are you looking for one of the best places to call home here in Charlotte, North Carolina, or are you looking for your dream home? Well, then Ballantyne Country Club might be for you. My name is Eli Magids, and I'm a realtor here in Charlotte, North Carolina, and I specialize in luxury properties and new home construction. Never seen me before, or if you have and have not subscribed, please hit the red button below. Subscribe to my channel so that you'll be updated every time I upload a brand-new video every Tuesday. And make sure you stay tuned until the very end, where I'm going to tell you how you can get my all-encompassing home buyer's guide.

Eli Magids: So, Ballantyne Country Club is located in south Charlotte, right off of a major street called Johnston Road, which goes right through Ballantyne. Location is ideal: Ballantyne Country Club is located literally five minutes from the major 485 highway, minutes to all kinds of shopping and movie theaters. It is also located about 20 minutes away from SouthPark, it is 20 minutes to the airport, and about 30 minutes to uptown Charlotte.

Eli Magids: Now, Ballantyne Country Club has two sides, one on each side of Johnston Road. One side has the clubhouse and golfing, and the other side has the pool and tennis courts. Ballantyne Country Club has nine tennis courts, seven of which are clay. They have a kids' club, they have a pool, they have a clubhouse which is gorgeous, phenomenal. The majority of the homes here in Ballantyne Country Club were built in the mid-1990s, so some of them need some sprucing up. The ones that are spruced up are selling very well, because people are looking for move-in-ready homes.

Eli Magids: Homes in Ballantyne Country Club can go anywhere from about $475,000 up to about $3.5 million. Square footage can go from 2,800 up to about 12,000 square feet. Some of the homes have basements. Some of the homes are directly on the golf course. So, quick question: Would you rather live on the golf course, or live in a golf course community where you're not necessarily on the golf course? Please comment below and let me know.

Eli Magids: On top of the fabulous homes, the fabulous community, the fabulous clubhouse, the golf, and the location, Ballantyne Country Club is currently zoned for very highly rated schools, they are Ardrey Kell schools. So you can look those up on, but they are highly rated public schools in Ballantyne Country Club.

Eli Magids: So that is a quick taste, a little appetizer of Ballantyne Country Club. If you're thinking of moving to Charlotte, if you want to move up and move into Ballantyne Country Club, or if you're looking for a new home, give me a call. My name is Eli, I'm at 704-620-0060.
